Our gym is designed to provide top-notch Muay Thai training six days a week, twice a day. Morning sessions focus on traditional Muay Thai tRAINING, while structured evening classes offer additional opportunities for skill development and conditioning. Our training regimen mirrors that of top-level gyms in Thailand, ensuring you receive authentic and high-quality instruction.

OUR TRAINING MIRRORS THAT OF TOP LEVEL MUAY THAI GYMS IN THAILAND. EACH SESSION WILL LAST A TOTAL OF 2 HOURS (NOT INCLUDING RUN) AND WILL CONSIST OF SHADOWBOXING TECHNIQUES, HEAVY BAG WORK, PAD WORK, SPARRING/CLINCHING, AND STRENGTH/CONDITIONING. AT LKA WE WANT TO BRING YOU THE MOST AUTHENTIC THAILAND TRAINING EXPERIENCE YOU CAN GET.
MORNING ROUTINE
MONDAY-SATURDAY 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
10k RUN (BEFORE TRAINING – NOT MANDATORY) SKIP ROPE – 1×10 min. SHADOW BOXING – 5×3 min. HEAVY BAG – 5×3 min. PAD WORK – 6×3 min. CLINCHING/SPARRING – 1×30 min. CONDITIONING – 1x20min.
OUR EVENING SESSIONS ARE ALL LEVEL CLASSES UNDER A STRICT FORMAT WHERE STUDENTS WILL LEARN AND PRACTICE NEW TRICKS AND TECHNIQUES TAUGHT BY AN EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTOR.
